Dr. Madeleine Gross is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where she runs the Character and Human Potential Lab. As an emerging leader in the psychology of flourishing, Dr. Gross is driving research efforts to understand the neurobiological foundations of positive individual differences – and how to cultivate them. Her research has been featured in popular media outlets, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Hollywood Reporter, and has earned her multiple honors including a Fulbright Fellowship, a National Science Foundation Crossroads Fellowship, and the American Psychological Association Dissertation Award (2021).
